What happens if my internet or power goes out?
Our premium systems are equipped with battery backups and optional 4G/LTE mobile data failover. This means that even if your main power or Wi-Fi is cut, the system stays armed, can still record, and is able to send out emergency alerts.
How long does installation take?
A standard home or small office installation is typically completed within one day. Larger corporate, warehouse, or real estate projects depend on the scale, but we create a detailed project timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I access my cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every Apex system comes with a secure, easy-to-use mobile app for both iOS and Android. You can view your live camera feeds, check sensor status, arm/disarm your system, and control your smart home devices from anywhere in the world.
Do you offer services outside of Accra?
